Seek First The Kingdom Of Yahweh
Seek First the Kingdom of Yahweh and his Righteousness.
Yahweh provided all the things man would ever need. Take a look at the natural world the things we need are all around us. Food grows on trees. The materials to construct your clothes and home are growing and lying around in and on the earth. Unfortunately, we’ve been removed from natural living so long; we no longer have the knowledge necessary to live comfortably in the natural world that Yahweh created.
Like monkeys that are trapped by a piece of fruit in a jar, we see all the interesting things in this world, reach in and grab them, and we can’t let go. We don’t understand that even though we have our hands on the things of this world we cannot possess them. Death is coming soon to collect us. Jesus (YashaYah) the way and the life told us to, “Seek first the kingdom of Yahweh, and his righteousness; and all the things we have need of will be added to us.
YashaYah said, “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Consider the birds of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they?” (Mat 6:25-26)
Your heavenly father feeds the birds. You can bear witness to this every day – spring, summer, fall and winter. The birds don’t reap or sow or gather into barns. They are fed by your heavenly father and they live life freely.
“Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If Yahweh so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?” (Luke 12:27-28)
Most people today are of little faith (trust). They spend the precious time of their lives (their lifetime) working to get and have things. Work is so important and yet the birds aren’t hungry, and the flowers are splendidly dressed. Yahweh, the creator and source of all beings, and of their joy and well-being, feeds the birds and clothes the lilies. Can we trust (have faith) that Yahweh will feed and clothe us too?
No, we cannot. We have all lost our way. The life our ancestors knew is gone. There was a time when we lived differently, freely with Yahweh as our King and the source of all our good things. We turned away, failed to keep the commandments, and mistook people for Yahweh.
Our ego gets huge because of our blessings. We don’t acknowledge Yahweh is doing wonders through us, instead we think we were doing great things, raising ourselves up by our bootstraps. Like Eve eating the fruit of self-conceit – we would be as Yahweh. And look at us now ignorant, immoral, gone away backward.
Yours Yahweh, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as head above all. (1Ch 29:12)
The word – I, is the beginning of selfishness and destruction. Once we come to believe in that – I (the individual me) as in I am doing something. I am making something. I am accomplishing great things by myself, and I should the praise, glory, honor and get paid – we are lost. Yahweh is I am because Yahweh is doing, creating, making and accomplishing through us his representatives in earth.
Yahweh calls the shots and he keeps is the breath of life that sustains every function in your body. When Yahweh withdraws, when that life of breath leaves what can you do? Who or what is the source of your life and well-being here on earth? Who or what do you look to for your possessions, joy and to pay your bills? What are you trusting in?
Sometimes it’s your job/work, drink, drugs, people and/or the screens on your electronic devices. Too much time given to the devices of drink, drugs, people and screens will give you a small emotional lift, but they loneliness, depression and the unrighteous behaviors mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.
Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of Yah? Be not deceived: neither fornicators (the sexually immoral), nor idolaters (fans, admirers, followers and devotees of false gods or idols), nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous (jealous/envious), nor drunkards, nor revilers (hateful, abusive or hostile), nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of Yah. (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
These devices steal the precious time of life away from you and those who you love. You cannot take care of yourself, your family, your house or anything while you are overworked, drunk, drugged, or zoned out on your favorite screen activity. Taking care of yourself and family according to Yah’s will and righteousness will give you comfort and happiness that lasts for generations.
Yah is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore, my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him. (Psalms 28:7)
The wise know those devices won’t help them and they often end up trusting in themselves. How do you make it when all you have is you. You will quickly become a liar and worse. In this corrupted world we are all are encouraged to tell a little lie to get the things we need, or to avoid some difficulty in life. Do you see what happens when we lean on ourselves, to be self-sufficient, we find ourselves trusting in lies and other devious means. Everyone who does not trust in Yahweh (God) has to use lies and tricks to get by in life. And when we abide in of life lies, we must have faith the lies will work. Do you know that Yahweh is truth, and all lies are counter to him? When you abide in Yahweh you abide in truth.
I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, I abide in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing. If a man abides not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. (John 15:5-6)
Sometimes we think our source is a job. We work hard at our jobs to get the things that we want and need as though all these things depend on us and our working. These things become the center of our existence and we give working and acquiring them the top priority in our lives. We live our daily lives in service to whatever we believe is our source of happiness. We work hard for our employer, but we don’t spend time doing what our source has told us: seek the Kingdom and Yahweh’s righteousness.
And seek not what you shall eat, or what you shall drink, neither be of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after and your Father knows that you have need of these things. But rather seek the kingdom of Yah; and all these things shall be added unto you. Luke 12:29-31
Those who truly know Yahweh, the King of Heaven are confident that Yahweh is taking care of their needs. They communicate with him constantly. They know Yahweh, their creator is working in them and with them to provide their needs and to establish the Kingdom of Heaven in Earth.
Yahweh knows we need material things. He knew it when he created the very good world, with everything we needed, already in it. In these trying times we must build our trust and faith in Yahweh by letting him know what’s going on with us and asking for his help. Seek first the king, get to know and trust him; doing that will cause your faith to grow in you so strong because you know your Father, your King and your God. Trust him with all the small and big issues if your life – Yahweh is never to busy. You will experience your own relationship with him. Nothing is better than the love that comes with knowing Yahweh.
You will learn that Yahweh doesn’t just work in supernatural ways but more often he works in ordinary ways, through the people and things around you. You will learn to be humble because it’s not you doing, it’s Yahweh the creator doing for you. When someone comes to ask you is God Dead you can assure them Yahweh is not dead. Yahweh is alive in me and in my heart, Yahweh is the reason I am here with you today.

Let all the people say – Yahweh!
